Faves a la catalana



Ingredients:

·       4kg de faves fresques (1kg. Si són congelades)
·       3 talls de cansalada fresca de 1cm de gruix
·       200 gr. de botifarra negra ample.
·       100 gr. de llar ( oli si no en tenim )
·       6 cebes tendres  
·       3 grans d’all
·       Unes branquetes de menta fresca
·       1 got de vi blanc.
·       1 fulla de llorer.
·       Sal
·       Pebre



Passos a seguir:

1.- En una cassola hi posem el llar, els alls i la cansalada tallada a trossos.
2.- Un cop dauradets hi afegim les cebes tendres tallades a trossets.
3.- Es deixa sofregint tot junt fins que estigui ben daurat.

4.- Ara hi afegim la botifarra negra tallada a daus i les faves, es salpebre i també hi afegim el llorer, la menta i el got de vi. Es tapa bé i es deixa coure a foc lent fins que les faves estiguin tendres.
