Pollastre a la llimona (Pollo al limone de Marta Pitet)


Ingredients:

·       8 cuixetes de pollastre
·       2-3 llimones
·       1 gra d’all
·       sal


Passos a seguir:

1.- Salem les cuixetes deixant-hi la pell-

2.- Esprémer les llimones i tirar-ho a una cassola on les cuixetes hi càpiguen justes.

3.- Pelar el gra d’all i posar-lo sencer junt amb el suc i deixar-ho  macerar durant 15 minuts i després girar les cuixetes i deixar-les macerar 10 minuts més.

4.- Posar-ho ha foc molt suau  amb la cassola tapada de manera que es cogui molt lentament.

5.-Quant la carn es comença a separar de l’os destapem la cassola i ho deixem una estoneta més fins que el suc s’espesseixi.
